All our foils are CAD program drawn in and the molds are finalized with a precision CNC machine to perfectly mach our design.
High-End surface finish
Our building process gives an outstanding surface finish with high gloss and an integrated print between the layers. There is no need for post-mold cosmetics.
Bio Based Epoxy
After spending decades on the water, no meter if it was frozen or in a liquid state, we understand the important of leaving no negative footprint so as to preserve the joy and beauty of our “playground” to next generations. So, to shrink the negative footprint as much as we can, we use bio based epoxy resin (40 % bio-based Carbon content).
Real Carbon Fiber
We use High Tenacity 50K Carbon for high end applications in our manufacturing process.The carbon fibers are hand laid out in different patterns so that the structural strength meets the intrinsic mechanical requirements.
Fully Modular
Our hydrofoils are fully modular without compromising the rigidity of the whole structure.We developed a unique full carbon fuselage.This inovative modular system from Chabafoil allows you to carry your foil with ease yet having a “beast” in your bag.
